G-NAF key statistics summary

  • Nationally, the November, 2019 update of G-NAF shows an increase of 60,525 addresses overall which equates to an increase of 0.41%. The total number of addresses in G-NAF now stands at 14,778,743 of which 14,028,933 or 94.93% are principal

  • The Geocode reliability for ‘within address site’ plus ‘near or possibly within address site’ for the reliability of principal addresses in G-NAF is now made up of 96.93% address level, an increase of 0.06% since the August 2019 release, and a decrease to 2.87% street locality addresses and 0.05% locality addresses

  • Confidence 2 addresses has increased by 51,330 with the percentage mix increasing slightly from 67.12% to 67.18% of principal addresses

Cadlite key statistics summary

The November 2019 data release of CadLite includes updates to both the Cadastre and Property themes in all jurisdictions.

  • Nationally, this update of Cadastre includes:

o 15,034,570 polygon features – an increase of 34,085 parcels (0.23%) from the previous release

o 2,329,653 point features – an increase of 15,733 points (0.68%) from the previous release

  • The Property Layer includes:

o 11,624,358 polygon features – an increase of 5,336 parcels (0.05%) from the previous release

o 521,431 point features – a decrease of 7,910 points (1.52%) from the previous release

Transport & Topography key statistics summary

There are now 2,776,565 km of roads within the Transport & Topography dataset. This has increased overall by 1098 km since August 2019.
